Volunteer Application

Are you interested in volunteering at Tyler Comic Con? If so, you are in the right place… 

Agreeing to volunteer for Tyler Comic Con should not be taken lightly. There are times when our volunteers work closely with the celebrities. We use volunteers to run panels, monitor halls, and tend to all aspects of running the convention. Volunteers get to see and be a part of the behind-the-scenes. It is a great icebreaker if you are looking to expand your group of friends. 

Volunteers must be trustworthy, dependable, able to work independently and with others, take instruction and work a minimum of 4 hours. All applicants will be notified but may not all be selected. 

Volunteer hours will be in 4-hour shifts. In the appropriate fields in the form below, please mention which areas you prefer to work on which days. We cannot guarantee you will get that area, but we will take it into consideration when assigning stations. 

Minors must submit a written and signed letter of consent from a parent or legal guardian which allows you to volunteer at Tyler Comic Con (included in the form below). Without this consent letter, you will not be allowed to volunteer.

**Failure to show up to shift will automatically prevent you from volunteering in the future.
